FLY Girlz Academy has been on a remarkable journey of growth and empowerment, dedicated to inspiring and educating young girls in Tarrant County. Our history is a testament to our commitment to nurturing future leaders and fostering personal growth among our participants.

FLY Girlz Academy was founded in 2021 by Lauren Kelly Scott, a dedicated educator with a passion for empowering young girls. With the help of parents and former students, she recognized the need for a safe and inclusive space where girls could develop essential life skills, explore and cultivate leadership abilities, prioritize mental wellness, and dream big without limitations. With unwavering determination, FLY Girlz Academy has been established to fill this void in different communities in Tarrant County.

Our Method
By aligning our program with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, FLY Girlz Academy ensures that we address not only the academic and skill-building aspects but also the fundamental human needs of our participants. By providing a holistic and supportive framework that fulfills these needs, we empower our girls to become fearless leaders who can make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
